Walks for Women — Mondays 9.30 – 12.00
Light Leg Stretchers (for all) — 1st & 3rd Tues 9.30 – 11.30
Gentle Strolls (for all) — Weds (Settle) 1.20
Led by volunteer walk leaders who suit the walk to the group & weather conditions. Moderate in pace and aim to explore local ‘favorite’ routes, taking in bird watching and nature-spotting. Wear walking shoes/boots.
