1st, 8th, 15th April 7.30 - 9.00 pm £28.00

These classes in traditional Indian dance are an enjoyable way to
develop your fitness and flexibility. You will learn to combine graceful
body movements with intricate hand gestures and rhythmical footwork.
This traditional dance, suitable for all abilities, is also an artistic
yoga and requires concentration and focus, the long-term benefits being
increased stamina and vitality, supple joints, and an inner calmness. No
experience is required, and you will be learning in a friendly and
supportive atmosphere.
Classes are held at the Community Centre, High Bentham.
