Own Now Programme Manager

£14,137.50 pro rata (FT equivalent £23,562.50)
21.75 hours per week
Based at Looking Well Studios, High Bentham

Own Now is a 3-year programme funded by The Big Lottery which will increase creative choices and opportunities in Craven, North Yorkshire, for people with dementia and their carers.

The Own Now Programme Manager will deliver all aspect of the programme. They will be the first point of contact for all matters relating to Own Now, including partners and participant liaison, management of programme staff, promotion, signposting, monitoring, evaluation, reporting and troubleshooting.

We are seeking a self-motivated person with experience of managing complex projects. They will have a person-centred and collaborative approach, exceptional organisational skills, and knowledge of arts, health and/or community development.

The role is funded by The Big Lottery for three years, 2011 – 2014. It is unlikely that the role will be extended beyond the funding period as it is intended that the programme will become self-sustaining within that time.
