Positive Health

Getting involved with arts has been shown to have a significant and positive effect on health and wellbeing.

Our participants tell us that getting involved improves mood and wellbeing, increases social contacts and making new friends, reduces feelings of stress and anxiety, increases self-confidence and self-esteem, gives a structure to the week and something to go to.

We work with people on their individual wellbeing journey towards active participation within a wider community; be it the community at Looking Well Studios, Bentham, or beyond.
