Our policy
We strive to provide something for everyone, regardless of their financial circumstances.
Depending on your individual circumstances you may be charged differently. E.g. if you are in receipt of local authority support, these charges may be covered by Individual Service Contracts or paid for via a Personal Budget. We work in close liaison with local authority and health staff to help you understand what support is available and, if you have to pay, how much it will be. We can offer a range of flexible payment options.
As a charity, we fundraise towards subsidising some of the services we offer. However, to maintain the breadth of our programme we do have to charge for some services.
